Great experience
Overall experience with Linda was great from the moment I contacted her a few weeks before putting the house on the market to post sale. Good knowledge of the area and market. Down to earth and easy to deal with. A bonus that she sold the house within a week so can't ask for more than that.

We were pleasantly surprised with Scott and how friendly he was from the time we first met him at the open house till now. We all know that real estate agents and car salesman are quite similar in their approach to a sale,some would do and say anything to make that sale. And then there are some salesman like Scott who even though want the sale, they don't make you feel like a cash cow. We always felt comfortable talking with him and asking him anything,he always answered honestly as much as he could if he couldn't answer our questions he would try and find out. We purchased our first property through Scott elms at the property hub beenleigh. We gained a lot of realestate knowledge from Scott outside of all other agents we encountered. He assisted us with the right advice that led us to purchasing our house. He met us after hours when required and followed up on all aspects of the contract and sale on time and without fault. Very skilled salesman and a straight up attitude. He works for the seller but does the right thing by the buyer - no surprises.
