My property was sold on the second open house. I have never seen such a diligent real estate agent before. Joy always replied to my emails and messages, even on Saturday and Sunday. She negotiated the price with purchaser and vendor on Sunday and the contract was successfully exchanged. I think she works seven days a week. Joy is professional and patient to clients. I highly recommend Joy to any vendors.

Very helpful guidance and advice. We were advised on how best to present the property for sale in order to achieve a higher sale price than our original expectation.

Seller of a house in Bondi Junction, NSW We engaged Joy to sell our property in the city's eastern suburb. Though Tracy Yap is well established in Sydney's Norwest area, knowing Joy's work ethic and her knowledge in her profession, we had full confidence in her to sell in East. Joy put her wealth of expertise into this assignment, through the whole preparation process leading to the auction, Joy provided us with useful tactics and countless sound advices to attract buyers. Joy's effort brought the sale to an outstanding result. We are very satisfied with the sale and highly recommend Joy and her company; the diligence, professionalism and knowledge of the market are exceptional.
