To choose Tracy to help us with selling our house was not a difficult decision at all. We've been enjoying her friendly yet professional approach since the first time we saw her at our door step. Tracy was always there to answer our questions, and very responsive to any of our enquiries. Knowing that we have someone like her really eased up our minds during the turbulent moments most house sellers went through. With her long established business, experience, network, etc we found Tracy was always resourceful and had solutions for our problem. We will surely recommend Tracy Yap, in fact we've been spreading good stories about Tracy to our friends/relatives even before our house was sold.
