I'm seller
After meeting Joy for the first time and talking to her, I found her trustworthy and offered a reasonable price, so I signed a contract. She was satisfied enough that she was right in the process of selling the house or making her contract until she first met her. Everyone who buys and sells houses is a professional who relays reasonable prices.
