We chose Danny Yap as the agent to find us a buyer for our home unit because of his extensive knowledge of the Macquarie Park area and the genuine buyers who want to obtain property in the area. Danny is very approachable and easy to work with, following our initial discussions he helped us to determine an effective sales strategy which has resulted in a sale which we are very happy with, settlement is now completed. We found Danny to be very hard working, we were confident we could depend on him to find us the right buyer, the personal touch was an added bonus. Many thanks Danny!

Me and my partner bought our first property from Fiona after shopping around for close to 12 months. Fiona is extremely helpful, very approachablr and attentive compared to many other agents we have come across. She also doesn't push too hard which makes the entire process a lot more pleasant and less stressful.

I chose Tracy Yap to sell my house because I was aware of her reputation and good results. I was not disappointed. From my initial meeting with Tracy I felt comfortable with her as a person and her marketing strategy. She knows the Ryde district intimately and in these uncertain times I was pleased with the result she achieved. I was happy to accept an after the third inspection and prior to auction. Interaction with her office team was professional and helpful.
