It is an amazing cooperation with Daisy in Tracy Yap, with my house sold within one week only, even before it is released to the market, especially with a satisfying price. During the whole cooperation, Daisy showed her professionalism with her efficient response and action, the smooth communication and professional suggestions. I would like to recommend her to all friends who are going to sell or buy property.

Our house had been on the market for a while without success until our friend recommended that we contact Tracy Yap. When we had the first meeting with Joy, we knew we had found the right person for the job of selling our house. Joy was such an easy person to deal with, was very professional, explained the process clearly, truly understood our situations and worked very hard to get us the best possible price with the current market. We had every faith in Joy that she would achieve the outcome we wanted and she exceeded our expectations. She helped us selling our house with less than a month, which was very impressive. I honestly cannot thank her enough for her guidance and honesty throughout the process and would highly recommend Joy to anyone looking to sell their home.

Tracy made the whole process easy with professional advice in respect of marketing the home, including painting and styling which was organised on our behalf and carried out to perfection within a short time frame. Tracy found a buyer within the first week and negotiated a great price which provided our price expectations without the need to go to auction. Overall a great outcome.

When we first met Tracy and Vickie, we felt instantly comfortable and confident with their warmth, courteous manners and professionalism. We were impressed with the analysis of complex market’s dynamics at the time when many agents were confused. We are very happy with our choice. Tracy and Vickie are a great team that combines wellness of knowledge and experience with energy, enthusiasm and expertise in modern business and marketing. Tracy and her team are very organised, reliable and hardworking. Tracy was always very helpful and easily contactable. She provided a detailed feedback every week which was very helpful. We are happy with the result and the whole experience. We will not hesitate to recommend Tracy Yap and her team to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Danny's support for my elderly parents through the process of the sale was highly professional. His follow up each step of the way was incredibly valuable and much appreciated. Living in rural NSW selling a property in Sydney was challenging but Danny was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Thank you.

Danny helped a number of us with a group sale in Macquarie Park. This is difficult to do as it requires the whole group to be aligned and agree the outcome. It wasn't always easy and with a large and varied group, we stretched Danny at times. He maintained his calm and cool and helped us secure a good outcome. THANK YOU

From our first meeting with Danny, we knew he was genuine and knew his market. The sale was stress free and he continually kept us up to date on everything throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Danny and his team, either selling or buying you will not find any better. Thank you again Danny, it was an absolute pleasure sealing with you
