From the moment we contacted Joy, she was very consistent with her work ethic. Weekly she contacted us with an update of the area and market progress. Once we agreed to engage her services she went out of her way. Joy met me at 7 am on Saturday to go over the sales strategy and marketing plan. Advised me on the best time to cary out sales inspections based on my property and similar properties for sale. At the end of each sales inspection she contacted me with a full updated report. When Joy contacted me that we had an offer that was close to our expectations after only 2 weeks on the market I knew we were with the right agen. When I accepted the offer she met with me at her house at 9 PM to exchange the contracts.
