Tania knew what l wanted BEFORE l did Tania listened to my dreams and aspirations and Taylor rd my real estate experience to suit what l wanted then what l needed and then what exceeded my expectations and then assisted me to gain the finance by insisting that l obtain pre approval before negotiating a price We did not play Russian Roulette - we did not Play Dutch Auction - we did not just kick tyres - and we certainly did not pick a magnificent property to pieces to try to reduce the price That is how a genuine real estate transaction should take place - with true integrity and honesty at ALL TIMES Tania assisted me to relax when the cyclone threatened to destroy my dream - Tania worked above and beyond the call of duty to assist with every query - advising knowledgeably every aspect from Council Enquiries to spool Certification I could go on forever - but - l shall put it simply - FORGET THE REST TANIA REALLY IS THE BEST

Tania was very sincere in her dealings with myself and managed to sell my home in a very difficult market quite quickly. I would definitely recommend using Tania and her agency for property sales or buying in the area!

Tania was always ready to do the extra little bit, which living a couple of hours away was so helpful. A big thankyou.

We had a straight forward and positive house- hunting experience with Tania. After looking at a house which didn't appeal to us Tania suggested we look at a property that we hadn't considered and here we are! Tania was easy to communicate with and we'd recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling.

Tanis was very keen to sell our property & brought 3 buyers to us in a short matter of time even though 1 buyer was way out of the ball park. Tanis was always very pleasant and easy to deal with and would highly recommend her for her diligence & determination .
