Tania Steele was a pleasure to deal with during the sale process of our property. She was very professional and kept us informed at all times. More importantly, she is trustworthy so we were able to communicate truthfully with her during the final negotiation process to achieve the best result for our property. We highly recommend Tania to act in the best interests of her clients.

Tania has an excellent knowledge of the area. She communicates clearly and with empathy with both vendors and prospective buyers. She has a wider range of properties than her competitors and has been able to have properties placed in the national press. Her negotiation skills are very good.

Tania went out of her way to show us the whole spectrum of houses in Mission Beach in our search. We had to purchase quickly and her market knowledge really helped us to find what suited us. She never pressured us into buying and I would not hesitate to use Tania is we were to buy again in the local area.

When Tania Steele took over the selling of our home in South Mission Beach, we knew we had made the right choice. Tropical Properties have their fingers on the pulse of Mission Beach and its surrounds, they are professional in attitude, friendly and can be trusted. They keep updating skills and don't mind being contacted at any time whilst selling - We thoroughly recommend Tania and Tropical Properties. Pat & Geoff Broadby PS: Had we looked at RateMyAgent I'm sure we would have sold much earlier.
