Great experience

The excellent supportive and never tired Agent!
Since our first visits in Mission Beach when we fell in love with the place, we were in contact with Tania from Tropical Properties, who was never tired in showing us properties, answering all questions at an ease and giving advice without any hesitation. Unfortunately, we didnât find our jewel during this time. However, Tania did not stop here! Ever since this first visit, we received the weekly newsletter from Tropical Properties, which kept our dream alive. We kept monitoring, searching and finally booked a time to come back and to give it a second run. And again, Tania was showing her best, guiding us around, organising inspections, giving excellent advice - and, finally, assisted us during the process of negotiation and contract preparation as we found our jewel! Now we settled in into our beautiful home and look back at the journey - it couldnât have been any better! Thanks a lot, Tania! Mission Accomplished
My wife & I decided it was the right time in our lives to find our retirement home and decided the Mission / Wongaling Beach area ticked the boxes for us. We did our research on the net and found a few places of interest & fortunately one of them was listed by Tania. That property didn't suit us however after a sit down discussion with her detailing the wish list she pointed us at a home located where we wanted to be & hopefully within our buying range. Her strong relationship with the vendors was integral to the deal being done considering we lived a long way away from the area & our finance people were even further away.
