Our situation wasn't ideal, we were facing a loss so it's always hard to swallow, but our circumstances had changed and it was time to get serious about selling. 2 long standing creditable locals we trust recommended we talk to Tania, both have used her for real estate transactions and we're satisfied with the results. Tania was frank with us, she knew she had to tell us things we wouldn't want to hear, but to her credit, she didn't dodge the hard conversations, instead she addressed them openly and frankly with empathy. She advised us on how she would like to market the property and asked we fund that, we were reluctant but wanted to try her way, and ultimately she secured a sale for us and found lovely people to buy our much loved home. We did all of this remotely from outside Australia, using email and the odd phone call. I finally met her 2weeks before settlement! Tania was responsive to our communications and kept us updated regularly, even when there wasn't much to tell. It made us feel we were a valued client. That one fell through due to valuation but Tania was extremely helpful and patient and helped dig out a further property that was ideal. All the negotiations went smoothly and the finer details were all hammered out really quickly and without any issues. The purchase has gone through and now I can't wait to move in and check Mission Beach out. I did it all over the internet and telephone - I haven't even been there yet!
