The main thing I was looking for in an agent was an agent that wasn't too pushy & was an honest person. I didn't want someone to come in to my family home & feel intimidated by the agent. I felt my house would sell its self at the right price. Xavier is an honest, friendly (not pushy), thorough & very reliable man. He sold our house 1st open for top dollar...so need need for a pushy sales person, we just needed an agent that knew exactly what to do & do it, and he did it well.

Working with Xavier was a pleasure. He was most professional in his appraisal of our property and knowledge of the area. Xavier was professional, helpful and focussed during the process of selling our house. He has a relaxed and engaging style. We had some ‘ups and downs’ during the selling process with contracts falling through. Xavier was very supportive, kept us calm through the continuing open inspections and in fact was successful in securing contracts every weekend the house was on open inspection. Happily a good result for us.

Marie-ann just sold our investment property for us, and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is very professional and we were so impressed with her knowledge of the real estate market in general, and her local knowledge regarding the location of our property. We figured it would be a long, tedious process but she sold our house off market (so no marketing costs), in under two weeks, and she even made sure that our tenant was taken care of during the process and with the prospective buyers, so we didn't have to worry about that. We could not be happier! She kept us up to date along the entire process and was very patient with our many many questions.
