Excellent agent would have no hesitation to recommend or deal with again.
Josh was friendly and obliging and we always felt that he was honest and upfront throughout our dealings with him. In particular he went above and beyond in helping us with regards to an unforseen problem just before settlement and everything went ahead smoothly much to our relief.

Josh has been the best real estate agent we have dealt with - we have bought and sold eight houses over the last 35 years. Josh was very happy to answer all our questions and explained the different ways to sell and market our home. With his knowledge of the real estate industry and commitment to obtaining the best price, and terms. We obtained an offer at our first open, with Josh then negotiating an increase on the offer, with settlement terms of 30 days, which we happily accepted. Josh also provided guidance to us in the purchase of our new home. He was invaluable with his offer of talking with the real estate agency we were dealing with. He assured them that the quality and location of our property was very desirable, and that he was working hard to effect a quick sale for us. Terrific Agent

Josh is very skillful and most importantly easy to talk to and has a pleasant personality.
I have found Josh to be knowledgeable and quite able to negotiate to reach an acceptable outcome. He is easy to talk to and be frank with him. He had a great knowledge of what price range to put on the house & he was able to negotiate the best price for us. Lovely, very helpful agent that was willing to go that extra mile for us.
