Local knowledge of long standing
I have dealt with Marie -ann for a number of years and in that time she has acted as my real estate agent , local knowledge coupled with an understanding of the market and initiatives on marketing strategies , and her negotiating skills has produced good results in achieving the sale , I further believe her approach with purchasers leaves them satisfied with their purchase.

Process made simple
Marie-ann was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the entire purchase process. Marie-ann was always available and more than willing to assist with our queries and explain the steps involved in completing the purchase. The excellent Marie-ann
Our experience with Marie-ann was nothing but exceptional, she went above and beyond for our family and made the most hardest decisions seem easy. Nothing was too much for her, communication was easy even with the constant calls we made. Excellent service, and great knowledge of the market.
We needed to sell our house in a relatively short space of time, and under challenging circumstances. Marie-ann made the whole process very easy. Would not hesitate to use again

A Class experience and professionalism at its best
What can I say, would have to be one of the easiest and relaxing processes from start to finish. Xavier knew I was quite stressed going through the selling process, however he eliminated any concerns that I had from the moment we had our first meeting. Professional, well presented, polite and extremely open and honest. I was blown away how quickly he had my home under contract and he kept me well informed every step of the way and made it a pleasurable experience. I hope that I won't be selling my new home anytime soon, however if I decide to sell I will not hesitate to ring him immediately. Marie-ann was just what we needed when we were selling my mothers home. Our first impression was that she would be reliable, knowledgable and had our interests at heart. She has a very caring nature and an ability to work with various personalities who reactive differently when selling a home and in times of stress. We had every faith in Marie-ann who never rushed us, would listen attentively and would clearly answer any questions we had. She's a real gem. Marie-ann Carey gets full marks for her brilliant sale of the house we have lived in and loved for over 40 years. Right from the word go we felt very comfortable with Marie-ann. She is honest, reliable, professional and made us feel safe all the way through the process. She kept us in touch with everything that was going on and we never had a single night of lying awake worrying! Until we saw Marie-ann in action we didn’t know just how many complicated jobs are involved in selling a house. Straight away Marie-ann explained what kind of buyers should be targeted for our property.
