We engaged April's services upon the strong recommendation of a neighbour and were continually impressed by her energy, positivity and very thorough knowledge of the local real estate scene. We thought we were going to have a relatively seamless sale (upon April's advice at a price point that was a bit higher than what we'd hoped for), but multiple buyers ended up stuffing us around. In 2021 we decided to contact who we knew only as the Lady in Pink, upon a home visit we learnt her name April Crossen. April was very positive about selling our home and eager to get started.
