from the very start it was very clear April Crossen was very professional and educated in the housing market, she answered every question we had about our new property and also helped us understand the market we were buying into, aswell as having a vast knowledge of the area we were about to become new residents of, although we had a few teething issues with the previous owners bank causing extensions, april delt with both party's timely with any questions about the extensions we had as to what, why & how it would all be resolved so the sale would go through. Would definitely use April and her team as the resellers for our house if we ever do decide to sell.

Don't be fooled by April's diminutive appearance. She can, and does hold her own against the "big boys" of the real estate world. We previously signed with another agent before April, with no luck. We had four enquiries about the house in 3 months. Then we signed with April. On our first open, we had 5 couples come through the house. We were impressed by not only April's knowledge, but also by her honesty. Unlike previous agents, she told us what we needed to know - not just what we wanted to hear. When we signed with April, she advised us that we would need new photos taken of the house for marketing, despite having just paid for these with the previous agent. I cannot emphasise how happy I was with the whole process, and that she talked us into this. April certainly thought about all the little details and ways to add that extra ambience and wow factor. Both April and Jo were on hand during the photography session, arranging, re-arranging, checking lighting, etc. The photographer was also fantastic and creative in coming up with new angles to shoot from to make it look like a new listing. We sold our house with April in a little over 3 months. The sale price was a little less than we had hoped for, but in a tough market and up against a lot of other homes for sale, April fought hard for us and ultimately got the sale over the line. We can't thank her enough for all her hard work and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to sell in the Coomera Waters area.

Right from the start April was professional and friendly advising us on presentation (without being overbearing) and making helpful suggestions. She described the market clearly to us and set the scene for selling a property in Coomera Waters so we could manage our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble for April and Jo (such as making sure our dog was looked after if we left him in the garden during an inspection) and we knew the ladies in pink would make sure all was in order before an inspection and would lock up carefully afterwards. Feedback was always given promptly following an inspection and April was always easily contactable to answer any questions we had and to ensure we were up to date with how the marketing of our property was progressing and so we could decide together on any appropriate changes such as adding extra photos to the online adverts. April has an infectious enthusiasm for property and it was refreshing to be able to seek her advice/opinion knowing that she was always on top of her game and willing to share her market insights.
