No match in Coomera Waters!
After an extensive search for real estate agent's in Coomera Water's that actually deliver on what they say , that are honest , professional , and most of all what you see is what you get , we chose the No 1 real estate company in UC IT Realty. It was a no brainer for my family to deal with the UC IT team as the calibre of UC IT really has no match. They sold our house in two days!, for more that we could have ever imagined . The purchase of our new property seemed to us to be effortless , as there was clear communication at every stage and the support that they gave me and my family over that period goes above and beyond what any other realtor in the area could ever be capable of . As a buyer and seller in the end we got every thing we wanted and more. To April and the UC IT team , you have helped us with our dreams . Thank you so much.. My family and I are now living the dream!! I hope that other family's like ours and any one else thinking of selling or buying gives UC IT Realty a call and even compare you to other company's in the area as they to will see what I saw. Purchasing a Home
April and her colleague Jo were so helpful and informative when we were looking to purchase a house in Coomera Waters. They took us to a number of houses and gave all information required and were available to answer any questions that arose, April even knew our large fridge would fit in the space provided in the kitchen. Could not be happier with the service provided......they are lovely people as well.

Exceptional Service and Support
I live in Coomera Waters and recently embarked on purchasing an investment property also in Coomera Waters. I was aware of UCIT due to the local marketing and presence on realestate.com.au. I first met April Crossen at a home open. She immediately impressed me with her approach and knowledge of the property I was viewing and the area. We discussed my requirements and went on to work together to find the most suitable property, purchase finalizing in November. I have purchased many properties over the years and can honestly say April and UCIT are the best agents I have ever worked with. Settlement for various reasons on my side had a few complications but April supported the changes and her professionalism and hard work resolved issues effectively and efficiently. April has a great personality and I have and will continue to recommend her and the team. I also hope to sell and purchase in the area in the future so looking forward to working with April and UCIT again!

Selling House
We found April to be very professional at her job. She was always on time when we had appointments with her, always gave us plenty of information about the progress of the sale of our house. She was always very pleasant to deal with and nothing was too hard for her to handle. Would highly recommend her to others, which we have already done.
