From the moment I walked in to view the property at the home open, Matilda made my boys and I feel instantly excited and that she was genuinely interested in us as people rather than just another buyer. The home was so beautifully staged (she has great taste) and gave us some good ideas about envisioning things I could do with the garden and house to make it a new home that would suit our family. From the very first appraisal to settlement, Matilda was exceptional. Due to personal circumstances, we weren't ready to go to market for well over six months and not once did she make us feel like a burden or apply any pressure. She was patient, kind, and completely in our corner the whole way through. She even had a baby during that time and still showed up for us, went above and beyond, and personally (due to our health conditions) made sure our home was presented beautifully to achieve the best possible price.
