I have experienced many real estate transactions and have been very impressed by Jeff Johnson. Jeff made the whole experience as painless and seamless as possible. His explanation of the process was thorough and his communication throughout was timely and immediate which is important to me. His advice in terms of styling and prep of the property was very valuable and indeed resulted in an above expected price. He was professional throughout and his handling of all potential buyers was great. I felt in good hands. On auction day Jeff nursed us through the auction process and his advice to pass the property in while nerve wracking was on the money. He very quickly negotiated one on one with the buyer pushing the price up an additional $50k in 10 mins. The overall result was $100k over our expectation so suffice to say we were delighted. We will engage Jeff for any future sales and woud highly recommend him to any other potential vendors.
