Jeff guided us through renovating our house for sale, not only organising trades for kitchen, bathroom, carpet and painting, but also bringing us samples of carpet, cupboard, benches etc. for us to review. Jeff was a great agent. From day 1, I was trying to get him to lower the price and due to his knowledge, he was very honest and professional about what the price would be come auction and what price would seal the deal prior to auction. Throughout the campaign, Jeff kept me up to date with other interested parties and at auction made us feel completely comfortable which we ended up securing the property we wanted at the price Jeff said he would’ve sold it to us at the start of the campaign. Morale of the story, Jeff is a great agent with superior knowledge of areas and had I listen, would’ve saved us a few weeks. Definitely would use Jeff for a sale in the future, was great fun buying off him, it’ll be better selling with him.

After having a really bad experience with another agent on the sale of another property, we needed an agent who was able to regain our faith in the profession. The timing of our sale was further complicated by unpredictable and potentially soft COVID-19 selling conditions. After a short but well qualified search. We chose Jeff for his knowledge, his outlook and very honest appraisal of market conditions and our where our property sat within it. Indeed, his initial feedback was so honest, he urged us to delay putting the property on the market for a month or so until market conditions of first wave of COVID-19 could be better assessed. This is where most agents don't care and would just want our property marketed as fast as possible. After receiving such direct and honest advice, Jeff was our chosen man. Jeff is a very honest, open and trustworthy agent who is highly engaging, attentive and always does what he says he will, and usually with energy, humour and a smile. He has a no-nonsense approach and tries to deal in facts and feedback to qualify and get insights on the right buyers, filtering out the time wasters in a rigorous manner. Jeff marketed the property well using a good mix of both conventional and contemporary digital media approaches to get us 4 times (4x) the amount of foot traffic through our property than previous agents had done in a house situated right next door. Getting good foot traffic is critical and he did it resoundingly well. He followed up regularly with potential buyers to get insights and deal with any minor objections and perspectives, and updated us regularly and timely (either in person, via phone, text or email as was appropriate) and in the end got us a good price for our property in difficult market conditions and in the range where we were very happy to sell. It wasn't easy but he did the job well, and I will use him again as my selling agent in the future if/ when I sell again.

Working with Jeff was a breath of fresh air in comparison to other real estate agents. He was honest and open about the property, sellers situations and number of other buyers involved. He also had great knowledge of the area to help inform our decisions. He even made a special trip over to let us view the property an extra time. Communication was speedy, clear and easy.
