Jeff recently sold our investment apartment in freshwater. It was a tricky sale as the apartment had some challenges. But Jeff gave us great advice on how best to style and prep the apartment to give it the best chance of sale. We were amazed at how many people Jeff managed to get to come a view the property. He always updated us straight away on any inspections and negotiations. He was very honest with feedback and even when we felt it was time to take the best offer he suggested we wait, that he could get us a better price! Through his determination and great negotiating skills he managed to push our sale up well above the best offer and get us a fantastic price. I have done a fair few property transactions, both selling and buying and this was by far the most impressive sales campaign and result I have experienced.
