Well, what can we say. Evelyn was like a breath of fresh air!. We were coming to the end of our tether with the sale of our Banora Point house. Not only that but moving North into an unknown area, was very stressful. We met a few agents good and not so, and then I happened upon Evelyn! We just "CLICKED" her work ethic' Honesty and customer service blew me away. NOTHING was a problem she made sure we got "The right house " for us not just make a sale. This home all that and more, so happy we moved here. Evelyn gave up time to sit with Removalists while waiting on the final move-in go-ahead and still checks on anything we need. We have met Evelyn some 2 plus years ago when looking for any suitable properties in the Hervey Bay area. We consider ourselves very lucky to have "stumbled" over Evelyn during this time, as it was a "day vs night" experience when compared to other agents we have met with. There was an openness and care factor present from the very start. Evelyn was interested in what we were looking for, our budget, area of preference, family and every other conceivable point of interest. Never did we feel that there was any "hidden agenda" or just a push to get us to sign a contract. It was always about what would be in "our" best interest and how to achieve our goals. She is a no bs with her estimate on sale price and won't over inflate your selling price just to get the listing.
