Karen was very early to set out notice boards for the opens & always diligent in her responses after those. She is an enthusiastic agent whom we trusted with the sale of our property because we felt she had some affinity with our property. She offered good advice before we went to market & I would recommend her to anyone wanting an honest hard working agent.

I chose US realestate to sell my home because they could relate to me, and I to them, I didn’t want a slick salesman that wore $2k suits and drove a car worth as much as my home. That style of salesman may give the impression of success to me it says success at my expense, ie quick sales and move on to the next sale. Karen remained positive even when I was ready to accept less, her positive attitude and advice was the reason my home was not sold for a much lower earlier offer. Karen’s believe in her estimated sale price was the sole reason that my price expectation was exceeded.
