Karen has been great to deal with from start to finish, any questions I had she could answer , if there was anything she couldn’t answer she got back to me within the day, Communication was great, always responded within the day, As a first home buyer the process is quite daunting buying your first home but Karen was there for me every step of the way , she was open and honest , I can’t say that anything was difficult at all, definitely recommend her!

After a very annoyed call about a unit being sold without a chance to look at it. John called me back on the tuesday and said he had a unit that he just received. Now im living in it and i love it. John like every other agent is under the pump but every now and then a little phone call might be necessary and you might just be surprised the end result.
