Initially my husband and I had listed our property with a female agent from a red and white company. After signing the Sales Authority, that agent relentlessly talked the property down which resulted in losing all faith in her ability to achieve the price and subsequently we changed agents to engage the services of John. We found John approachable, down to earth and most importantly, turned any negative comments about the property into positive attributes. John was able to negotiate the successful buyers to a price we were happy with and took only 1 week to accomplish this. We would recommend other sellers to "think outside the main-stream" and consider using a boutique agency such as US Real Estate.
