All of the above John has sold 3 properties for us over 20 years and have always trusted what John has told us about selling our houses for the best possible price, it's not about just selling and John receiving his commission it's about us being happy with the price we sell for. Right from day 1 Karen was amazing. This was an emotionally challenging sale and had a number of complications that I had not encountered before. But Karen took it in her stride acknowledging where I was coming from but made sure that she kept me on task and focused on the outcome. Karen quite simply took care of everything, was direct and honest about expectations, challenges and solutions. As the process progressed she took the time to personally call me with updates in addition to the email reporting. That direct contact was a massive comfort and meant that there was never a time when I wondered what was happening or what to expect.
