I would just like to take the time to thank Trent, Steve and the team at Verse for making the sale of our property an enjoyable low stress experience. Trent continually kept communication lines open and even took the time to do a handover of the property to Steve when he went on leave. The transition from Trent to Steve was smooth and streamlined and almost felt like we were dealing with the same person in Steve, which gave us piece of mind. Although our property was to the cheaper end of the market, what I appreciated most was the way Trent and Steve made you feel like they wee selling a $1M property. I would also like to mention and thank Kirsty for all her work in relation to the administration side. Kirsty was a perfect follow on from Trent and Steve and extremely efficient at her job.
