Selling an investment property in another State is not traditionally an easy process but Treston made it so much easier. From the very beginning we knew Luke was going to deliver! He brought so much information to the appraisal and ran us through a marketing plan. He was also quick to prepare all the paperwork and inspections we needed so that when we were ready to sell there wouldn't be any delay. He touched base with us every week and was extremely helpful in preparing us to sell. Once our place hit the market he was always keeping us informed with progress. We ended up getting a great result at auction and cannot thank Luke enough!
