Finding a new home can sometimes be an emotional and unpleasant experience. Treston changed that this for me and restored my experience. Young Matthew impressed me the most. he was attentive and responded to all my questions. Showed interest in me as a person and He was not on his mobile home while the people were coming in and out of the property. I found that the responses were slow to come at times. I think that having to many people on promoting the same property can be confusing and may be the deal is not as smooth as it could be. Two to three people are Ok. But I dealt with several agents and at times I felt lost since different people come into play. There was a long period of silence. The beginning the agent were quite engaging but in the middle period the communication died a little bit until a day or two before the auction. Then I had numerous phone calls and communication exchanges. The most important aspect in the real estate business is to value the customer, not to make the client feel like a commodity.

Lisa is very approachable - Was amazing with communication, she was quick to respond with any questions or concerns throughout the whole process. Lisa was extremely helpful in preparation for the auction and on auction day. As first home buyers, Lisa made us feel very comfortable and at ease. It was reassuring to hear that Lisa was there for us, the buyer, as well as the seller. We could not recommend Lisa highly enough!

Lisa from the first open house viewing gave us an amazing experience of looking through the home. As we came to the following open homes she would keep us updated on any changes or new information she had on the house which was super helpful in giving us peace of mind. In the auction date Lisa answered any questions we had, gave us an idea of how the auction would go, and spoke through it with us. Brett was very helpful in working with us to sell the house. All staff responded quickly to queries, and communication throughout was good. My only comment would be that at the initial meeting I felt that the other houses presented as comparison were not necessarily a good match - and that the price initially suggested was unrealistically high. I did query this at the time (ie. homes didn't really compare 'apples with apples'). This was born out in the comments from early prospective buyers.
