Raymond was very aware of how the market was going and worked with several possible buyers to get the best possible selling price. He kept me updated and informed during the entire process. He was very professional and a great communicator
Honesty and professionalism were extremely important to me after having some less than ideal interactions with other agents during the purchasing process. I choose to work with Joseph as he made it clear that he valued honesty and pricing the property accurately. He was very professional and a great communicator; and extremely well-prepared and transparent with documentation around marketing costs and the campaign. He sold the property during very challenging market conditions for a great price.
