We listed mid-March at a very uncertain time - shortly after listing the government banned open houses, we thought that was the end of our campaign! John, however, remained positive and quickly adapted by spending the extra time to book several private inspections with prospects; whether it was early in the morning or after hours in the evening, he was always more than willing to show people through at a time which suited them. Throughout the whole sales process, John was in constant communication with us, letting us know information about prospects, their level of interest and his follow up plan.
