As an overseas vendor I relied on him to provide his expert advice as to the timing and local conditions and to make many local arrangements on my behalf. We established early an easy and honest relationship with Traci, the agent Huss assigned to us. We made our moves to put our place on the market just prior to coronavirus hitting Australia, but decided to proceed nevertheless when it’s real implication became apparent. Despite the strict and at times uncertain requirements, Traci was able to arrange inspections. All the way we were kept honestly informed. From our perspective she managed the final negations well, giving her informed opinion when it was sought.
