I had the pleasure of meeting Joseph Luppino ,who was my contact with the Village Real Estate , whilst in the process of selling my home in the Yarraville area. Joseph , from the first phone call to Village Real Estate , was most helpful in the selling process of my home. Joseph was extremely informative regarding all aspects of the process - from the valuation of the home , the actual process of selling the home and could and did answer all my questions when they arose. All paperwork was dealt with in a quick manner , before and after the sale of the house. Joseph kept me updated after every open house , every phone inquiry that he received. The open houses were run twice a week , which I received a report the following day. All feedback was given to me that Joseph had received from the people attending the open house inspections. I found this to be very helpful - it gave me a idea of what people were after in the area , and of course , how many people were going to attend the auction. Joseph was always on hand , any time I called with any questions that I had. Leading up to the auction day , Joseph called and we had a lengthy discussion on feedback , and he detailed to me how the auction was going to be run , and the general process of auctions. Joseph ran the auction himself , giving a very indepth description of the area - his local knowledge of the area is immense - providing the bidders with location of parks , schools , shops and public transport.
