We purchased a house Joe was managing in Melbourne, whilst living in Sydney. We arranged several out of Hours visits, all of which Joe bent over backwards to accommodate. Joe even arranged three quotes for painters so we could paint the house before we moved in. Joe has been unbelievably helpful in all of this and we could not have managed this without his help. I addition, Joe was also giving a lot of advice on other properties he was managing and taking the time to understand our needs as a family. Not your stereotypical RE Agent.

Joe was extremely easy to work with on the purchase of the property. He represented and negotiated the sale quickly, transparently and fairly, managing both my and the vendors expectations through out the process. When I was requested to get some building/pest inspections etc, Joe was very accomodating ensuring the inspection agent had access etc, nothing was an issue. Best of all I felt Joe really looked after my interests ( which I was nervous as a first home buyer) and was celebrating each step of the journey of my purchase of my new home with me.
