We purchased a house Joe was managing in Melbourne, whilst living in Sydney. We arranged several out of Hours visits, all of which Joe bent over backwards to accommodate. Joe even arranged three quotes for painters so we could paint the house before we moved in. Joe has been unbelievably helpful in all of this and we could not have managed this without his help. Joe was extremely easy to work with on the purchase of the property. He represented and negotiated the sale quickly, transparently and fairly, managing both my and the vendors expectations through out the process. When I was requested to get some building/pest inspections etc, Joe was very accomodating ensuring the inspection agent had access etc, nothing was an issue.
