He actually spent time showing us through the home pointing out different features which we would have probably not have noticed otherwise. He pointed out features which may need attention in the future! Something that doesn't happen often in today's real estate market. He seemed to have an endless amount of time to spend with us, even though I know he was exceptionally busy. We found him to be honest, making us feel comfortable about our purchase.
