However, with the help of a great agent, such as Samantha from Walsh real estate, it became less of a burden and the excitement had set in. Samantha's professionalism and patience were just some of the qualities she possesses, to make the process a lot easier and exciting along the way. Sam put in a lot of effort to make this sale and she stands out amongst her peers and competition by miles. The extra time she puts in and the quality of that time is second to none. Highly recommend her for buying or selling.

Do You Want to Sell Your Home

I would like to recommend Samantha Hirniak because she is extremely professional, she know what she is talking about, her knowledge of the market place is amazing and Samantha puts you first. When Samantha and Tom came to my home to discuss being the Agents they came with all the information I would need to make a decision. They gave their expert advice which was not information made up but information collected, this made the appraisal of my home accurate. Their input in all areas was very helpful and made my decision to sell much easier than I anticipated. Samantha knew how to market, she knew who would be looking and my home sold in two days, this was prior to any open inspections and made the sales process even easier than ever. I would recommend asking Samantha to appraise your home if you are considering selling and see just how amazing she is for yourself.
