I sold my unit about 4 weeks ago and I was really impressed with the agents, Warwick Williams Real Estate. Jacki Williams promised me a sale price and delivered. The unit was only on the market for 10 days. The open for inspection was conducted so professionally by Jacki and her brother. Listening to their conversations with prospective buyers was something of a surprise. About 18 people turned up were all spoken to in regard to their opinion on the unit.
