Michael Debreceny has a long family connection to the Hastings area, particularly Wauchope and surrounds. The selling of the property was a difficult situation that involved a property settlement. Michael was courteous, respectful of privacy, and yet kept both parties fully informed. This reduced what could have been a very stressful situation. Because of his local knowledge, Michael advised on a price range and advertised the property. On the first day of inspection the property was sold at top price. We were astounded, as we know Michael was able to secure top dollar for the property.
