Mum and dad have been the sole owners of this property, having lived there for over 55 years, with dad building the house when he was 19 years old, in readiness for their marriage several years later. As you can imagine, selling was therefore an emotional decision for them, and one that needed to be dealt with respectfully, sensitively and with the necessary understanding and compassion. Thankyou to your team for both understanding and demonstrating this and at all times, considering the individual needs and wishes of my parents. Mum and dad were very appreciative of the positive comments from your initial property appraisal and reassured by the local knowledge, history and family contacts of staff, something they considered to be very important to them as obvious long term residents of the area and definitely very influential in their decision to list with you. They were insistent to stay local and support locals and deal with locals! I was both impressed and grateful for the keen eye and similar presentation ideas agreed to by Lisa during the professional photography session and the wonderful photographs that resulted! Mum and dad's house looked amazing and we all agreed that the photos certainly highlighted both the beautiful natural aspects and the desirable retro characteristics of the home! Thankyou! Given that Kirsty was able to preselect a known client to inspect the property, with well referenced preferred criteria, meant that mum and dad were relieved of any undue inconvenience by eliminating unnecessary inspections, which was very important to them. The fact that this one inspection then resulted in a generous offer and subsequent sale meant that mum and dad were appeased of any prolonged stress or anxiety and the whole process was straightforward

My partner and I have known Natasha for a few years now so it would be assumed we would just ‘choose’ to list our property with her no questions asked. I would like to say yes that is probably true but knowing Natasha on a personal and a professional level she prides herself in doing the best she can for others, holds high standards for herself and those around her and will not give up on the current task at hand until it is completed to a high level of satisfaction. I had to ask myself who else would we trust our pride and joy with? The answer was pretty simple. From when we approached Natasha to list our property she was realistic with the market appraisals and honest with her suggestions for pre- listing work that was required to be done to ensure we would get the best price possible. She emanates a sense of trust-worthiness that makes you feel very secure during what is without a doubt a very involved process. Natasha was productive and proactive throughout the entire process; we were kept informed every step of the way. she had us prepared for every scenario possible and was always there to reassure us through any doubts. I could go on with positive things about Natasha; her quality of service, her level of professionalism and her overall personality but the ‘proof is in the pudding’ within less than 24hrs from our property being listed Natasha had an accepted offer for only a little less than our asking price, contracts exchanged a few days later and that was all before Christmas!!
