Fantastic!!
My partner and I have known Natasha for a few years now so it would be assumed we would just ‘choose’ to list our property with her no questions asked. I would like to say yes that is probably true but knowing Natasha on a personal and a professional level she prides herself in doing the best she can for others, holds high standards for herself and those around her and will not give up on the current task at hand until it is completed to a high level of satisfaction. I had to ask myself who else would we trust our pride and joy with? The answer was pretty simple. From when we approached Natasha to list our property she was realistic with the market appraisals and honest with her suggestions for pre- listing work that was required to be done to ensure we would get the best price possible. She emanates a sense of trust-worthiness that makes you feel very secure during what is without a doubt a very involved process. Natasha was productive and proactive throughout the entire process; we were kept informed every step of the way. she had us prepared for every scenario possible and was always there to reassure us through any doubts. I could go on with positive things about Natasha; her quality of service, her level of professionalism and her overall personality but the ‘proof is in the pudding’ within less than 24hrs from our property being listed Natasha had an accepted offer for only a little less than our asking price, contracts exchanged a few days later and that was all before Christmas!! We cannot thank Natasha and the team at Wauchope Real Estate enough for blowing our expectations out of the water with the sale of our house.. We highly recommend Natasha to anyone buying or selling, you won’t regret it. Thanks tash!!

A long distance purchase
We live in Junee and purchased in Wauchope. Michael made this procedure ever so easy. Before we committed and boarded a plane we asked for more photos. We were sent 30 photos. Michael made himself available for all my questions and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Our Piece of Paradise
Would recommend Troy over anyone else. He was always there to help us through the purchasing process, answer any questions we had and offer advice, nothing was too much trouble for him.
