Selling a house with Michael Debreceny
Michael Debreceny has a long family connection to the Hastings area, particularly Wauchope and surrounds. The selling of the property was a difficult situation that involved a property settlement. Michael was courteous, respectful of privacy, and yet kept both parties fully informed. This reduced what could have been a very stressful situation. Because of his local knowledge, Michael advised on a price range and advertised the property. On the first day of inspection the property was sold at top price. We were astounded, as we know Michael was able to secure top dollar for the property. Since that day, Michael has quickly concluded the sale and six weeks later everything has been finalised with no worries or stress to us the sellers, and I should think also the buyers. Mick successfully sold my property on the mid-north coast NSW. In the 6 months that the property was on the market listed with Wauchope Real Estate, Mick displayed great enthusiasm and energy in finding and chasing up potential purchasers. And, because the property is some way from town and I was not living there, he showed commitment beyond the call of duty in visiting the place to make sure all was OK and in good shape. Great Agent
Mick assisted us with our property purchase and we couldn't have asked for a more efficient and knowledgeable agent. Being a local, Mick knows the market inside out. He can tell you the history of the property going back years. Our purchase wasn't easy because we live overseas and so we needed someone we could trust to be honest with us. Mick was not only honest and reliable, he put us at ease by responding to us immediately whenever we had a question. His local knowledge meant Mick had lots of contacts that he could refer us to for help when we needed it too. Mick has been in the business for some time. He is a tried and true professional that knows his stuff. Our next purchase will absolutely be handled by Mick. We really appreciate everything he did for us.

Very Committed Agent
We first met Natasha at an open house in late 2015 while we were visiting Wauchope from Sydney. After chatting with her about our requirements she offered to look out for and email us details of relevant properties as they came up for sale in Wauchope. Because of the distance we were unable to inspect any properties however she was quite happy to take my mum through the ones we were interested in. After a couple disappointments we were finally able to secure a lovely property, one which we never would have considered without Natasha suggesting it was worth a look. During the whole process Natasha was very attentive and after a bad experience with a dodgy local agent, it was refreshing to feel we could trust her to move forward not only with our best interests at heart, but also the vendor's.
