I approached Craig recently about selling my investment property unit. We had several discussions before placing it on the market just prior to Xmas. I was a little hesitant about the timing but Craig was very good with conducting home opens, keeping me informed as to numbers through/interest etc. We still received several offers and eventually accepted one and the sale has now been processed in a timely and efficient manner. Craig kept in touch and made the process as easy as these kind of transactions could be. Would recommend Craig as either a buying or selling agent. He was genuine, friendly, attentive and professional at all times.
