Craig was an amazing agent who went above and beyond to help us sell our house. He assisted in getting our house ready for sale, giving us advice on what work to have done, colour choices in keeping with recent trends, and contact with quality trades to get work completed to a great standard. Craig and the fantastic team at Welsh Real Estate were always available to assist with my inquiries. It took a a couple of months to get the work on the property completed, but from listing the property on line to signing on the dotted line was only 3 days (including a great home open). Total time from listing to settlement was less than 4 weeks! We relied upon Craig's advice in pricing and advertising, resulting in an amazing price, well above what we thought we might get. I can't recommend Craig and Welsh Real Estate highly enough.
