Chantal is Simply Fantastic
Chantal Ricupero is one of the best real estate agents we have had the pleasure of dealing with. She is the consummate professional and is most definitely an asset to Welsh Real Estate. Chantal is a warm, friendly person who has a bright cheery disposition. She made me feel welcome from the first time I spoke with her at a home open. She actively listened to what I asked her and the information which I provided her. I found her easy to talk to. I let Chantal know what we were looking for. She was the only real estate agent (out of over a half dozen) who continued looking for properties for us over the next several months. This impressed us. We felt valued, important and worth the effort. When a property came up that met our requirements Chantal took the initiative and brought it to our immediate attention. As a result, we were successful in purchasing the property. We have found Chantal to be an excellent communicator. Her organisational skills and her quickness in attending to issues and replying to messages is impressive. For us, the entire process from start to finish could be summed up in two words “stress-free”. I greatly admire people who excel in their chosen profession and who go above and beyond to make a difference. We believe Chantal is such a person. We placed our trust in Chantal and not once did we have cause to regret that decision. Best agent in the area!
I have used Chantal for the past 7 years being both a landlord and seller, and I can't recommend her highly enough! She is highly knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of property, is acutely aware of the current market trends, and I trust her advice implicitly when it comes to property management, marketing and selling strategies, and accepting offers. Her professionalism, friendly and honest manner and negotiating skills meant selling our property was swift and without any issues. She has a strong work ethic, is driven to achieving the best outcome for all, is prompt to return any texts/ calls/ emails, and is always available to discuss and resolve any concerns. Definitely the best agent around.

Really positive experience
Chantal was a very professional, knowledgeable estate agent who after one week on the market found us a buyer. The house had multiple offers and we settled on the offer that was best for us. Chantal was available at all times If ever we had any questions or queries. From start to finish the whole process took about 3 months (due to finance issues on the buyers behalf) but Chantal was constantly checking in with the banks to ensure progress was being made. Very happy with our experience. Thankyou to the team at Welsh Real estate for making the selling process stress free and easy!
