My partner and I have recently purchased a landed property with Welsh Real Estate
As first home buyers/owners, we were absolutely dumbfounded and clueless about the ins and outs of purchasing a property. Karen, one of the real estate agents was not only professional and meticulous in walking us through the process, she was also extremely accessible and responded to our queries promptly (even on weekends). The dreaded process leading up to settlement was made much more bearable thanks to Karen and Robin, and their team at Welsh. I would highly recommend their service if you are a new/existing home owner looking for a property in the region.

Very professional and trust worthy!
We went with Chantal as she was a local to our area with great experience. We were interstate during the sale, and Chantal made that very easy and stress free for us. She handled our tenants, property manager and communicated with us regularly to keep us updated. I felt very confident throughout the whole process that everything would be handled well. Went over and above to achieve a sale
I engaged Robin to sell a villa which was part of a deceased estate. Due to Covid restrictions, I could not travel to WA to clear the villa out and organise repainting/ recarpeting/ repair work etc. Robin (and his team) went over and above to assist me with everything that needed to be done to get the villa ready for sale, including organising quotes from various tradespeople and arranging for them to access the villa. Robin is friendly, enthusiastic and professional. He also knows the local market very well. I was happy with the price he achieved, especially as it was a cash offer with a short settlement.
