I have had the great joy of working with Chantal with the sale of my house. I can’t tell you how happy I have been with her and the work she has done for us. Firstly she is a truly lovely person and so enthusiastic about helping her clients. She has kept in touch with us all through the process and made sure we always know what was happening. It has been so easy compared to our previous experiences in the real estate field. And then what she has done for us with the sale has been fantastic, she was aware we needed a quick sale and boy did she get that for us. We couldn’t be happier with the price she got for us and the speed she sold it. I have been so impressed from my first contact, I asked for tips on showing a home and got a wonderful brochure and exact page numbers, through to the appraisal and sale campaign. The person she found to take the photos made our house look a million dollars and I totally loved them.
