My late husband dealt with Welsh R E firstly as a buyer many years ago, i then decided to appoint Welsh R E to sell the Winthrop family home of 25 years ( a very tough emotional process!) after interviewing 3 other 'recommended agents'. I recently appointed them again for a Leeming house during the most challenging housing market! sold & settled in less than 3 weeks! A big thank you to Chantal Ricupero at Welsh for the professional & friendly service she provided us with; during the process of selling our house in Ascot and the purchase of a house in Belmont .We found Chantal gave us honest and frank advice --appreciated . It was great that we received regular updates from her throughout the whole process so we were never left in the dark & she was able to accommodate us when needing to make times to meet up. Living far away from Perth and wanting to assist family to be able to live in Perth whilst at university, I had to search for a home and potential investment without close inspection of the property, and that required being able to trust the information given to me from the real estate agent. Chantal not only provided me with all the information I required, but also went above and beyond, keeping an eye on the property post settlement prior to the family moving in. We are very happy the way Robin and Craig dealt with us during the settlement process. We are happy even after two weeks of moving into the property as we didn't experience any shock so far. Thanks to both bot of you for your support in fixing or clarifying matters raised during final inspection. I would like to express my special gratitude to Nicole of iSettlements who has been very professional as well as compassionate towards us through out the process of settlement. Living in the North West and selling a house in Perth we needed an agent that would go the extra mile and Robin did not disappoint. From first walking into the Welsh Real Estate offices his team gave us the confidence we needed. Robin's appraisal of our property was honest and importantly he listened to what we thought and wanted - we had no hesitation in signing with him. To our dismay we found a building on our property was not Council approved. Robin went above and beyond to assist us through the processes required to obtain the required approval. He also provided entry to the trades who needed to access the property - nothing was too much trouble. Robin was responsive and available and always replied to emails or messages promptly. His care of us as vendors also went right through to settlement. Our house sold in three days! Robin said we made his job easy as it was so well presented but we know it also takes a great agent who knows the selling points of a location, what else is available, and who is energetic and hard working. Our agent was able to find a buyer quickly, though they were not very willing to pay what we wanted for the house. We set our bare minimum and Chantal negotiated up to it. Quick results for everyone.

This was not our new experience dealing with Welsh Real Estate but was our first with Chantal Ricupero. We have to say Chantal has been reasonably helpful from the start. She is easy to work with, patience, compromising and efficient. She constantly try her best as an agent to negotiate deal and benefits as well as keeping us posted througout the buying process. At times when we have questions or unclear circumstances, she did go all out to search for answers instead of neglecting the issues. And all these didn't only last during the express on interest, but continued throughout the settlement as well as after key handover. We couldn't be happy enough of our purchase and experience with Chantal, would need to say she has provided a commendable service which worth us passing on the good words!!!
