This was not our new experience dealing with Welsh Real Estate but was our first with Chantal Ricupero. We have to say Chantal has been reasonably helpful from the start. She is easy to work with, patience, compromising and efficient. She constantly try her best as an agent to negotiate deal and benefits as well as keeping us posted througout the buying process. Just over 3 months from my initial consultation with Chantal to settlement was a terrific result give I spent nearly 6 weeks of that period (i.e. before my property went to market) preparing my property for presentation including re-painting and landscaping.
