Olivia was a very professional, knowledgeable & pleasant person to work with.
From the marketing of my property to the sale,Olivia showed all the skills of enthusiasm, knowledge of the market, great communication, combined with her most pleasant personality- gave one confidence in her & how she went about the process of attaining the most realistic price for the property. Sale of our Cottesloe property
Olivia demonstrated endless energy and enthusiam in the sale of our property. She was in constant communication with us during our sales champaign providing updates on interested parties and then immediate feedback from their visits to the property. Olivia has a well set-up system for home opens and excellent support from her team notabaly Alice who was always so willing and able to assist us with any queries or other requests. The best bar none
Denise and I decided to sell our house in Dalkeith having owned it for some 25 years and we didn't even bother getting the standard three appraisals - we just went straight to Peter and he (along with Gemma and the team) had the whole transaction completed in within a week and in doing so achieved a sale price above what we thought we'd achieve without any fuss or bother. Peter also helped us with the transaction into our new apartment in Claremont Quarter - again at a fair price and without fuss.
