Fully met expectations
I have no hesitation in recommending Peter Robertson. Although the house being sold was basically structurally sound there were a number of repairs that would ultimately require attending to, especially a ceiling in part of the extension. Peter gave an honest assessment and fashioned his strategy around selling the house "as is" making a point about nothing being hidden from potential, while emphasising the positive features of the main part of the house, its unique garden and the ideal location. The property sold on the first "house open" and at a price within the range he estimated we could expect. He and his assistant Gemma Christie were always accessible and kept us informed at all times. The advice on how to manage last minute hiccups and minor crises was always pertinent and helpful.
